Hello all! No one had posted a Yuletide Friending Meme yet, so I decided to step up to the plate. This may be on DW, but it is for LJ as well, and all you LJ-ers can comment with Open ID. Fandoms: Doctor Who, Neverwhere, Alice in Wonderland (book and movies), Demon's Lexicon, Beauty and the Beast, White Collar, Sherlock, Leverage, and about a million other things I'll remember as soon as I've posted this. My nostalgia fandom is HP, and sometimes I drift back into it all lurker-like.

How many years you've been doing Yuletide: 2!

Your fic: One of Many Circles (http://archiveofourown.org/works/141314) (13 Ways of Looking at a Blackbird) and A Lesson in Uselessness (http://archiveofourown.org/works/144292) (Alice in Wonderland / Beauty and the Beast).

DW or LJ?: lj

Journaling habits: Lots of fannishness (particularly, lots of going on about YA fantasy novels which I dearly wish had fandoms), a fair amount of RL stuff. I feel like lately I've been talking about RL only when it's making me cranky, which possibly gives the impression that I'm a curmudgeon. I promise I'm not a curmudgeon!

Other interests: mediaeval history, creepy Victorian lit, fairy tales, drawing, music (currently my soul has been stolen by Regina Spektor), books by Robin McKinley.

Anything else?: I'm eating a chocolate chip cookie rn, and it is delicious.

My soul is stolen by Regina Spektor too sometimes! She is sneaky that way. Your interests sound awesome and I'd like to read about YA fantasy novels that should have fandoms! I feel the same way about HP, and I really, really, really am going to get into Sherlock and Leverage any day now. (I have a bunch of fandoms on the to do list, and I'm hopeful that friending people in those fandoms will help me get my act together!)

Sherlock is super easy to get into, it's only three episodes so far! *bullies you* And Leverage for me was ridiculously addictive, I watched so many of them at once that it SEEMED like only three episodes. (Although imo the main character of Leverage is kind of irritating, the side characters provide more than enough awesome to make up for that.)

I will blather about either of these shows for ages if you want me to! (Actually I will pretty much blather on about anything for ages.)
