Fandoms: Currently into The Good Wife, Community, and Doctor Who; also love Farscape, Futurama, Caprica/BSG, the Lymond Chronicles, Star Trek, everything Tolkien, Buffy, Firefly, Coffee Prince, Nodame Cantabile. Really multi-fandom and a multi-shipper!

Journaling habits: Usually I update about once a week, though sometimes I get lazy for a while. It's a mixture of real life, memes, and some fannish reactions. I comment a lot and like to be friendly w/ my flisters (more than just a reading list, in other words). I also post a fair amount of pictures (travel and baking).

Other interests: History, languages, travel, food, CHEESE :D

I was a bit ehhhh about the new film, actually. TNG is my main love, but I also enjoyed TOS, DS9, and VOY (... in its own weird way :/).

Caprica! I just finished watching that a couple days ago. We've also got Doctor Who and Star Trek in common, and I've been wanting to start watching The Good Wife. I added you on LJ, if that's cool?

Oh, and you're studying German? Es it meine erste (aber leider schwächere) Muttersprache.

Oh, ich bin sehr neidisch, haha. Ja, ich habe seit sechs Jahre Deutsch studiert - aber meine Sprache ist noch nicht so gut. Hoffentlich wird meine Zeit bei Deutschland sie besser machen.

Anyway (back to English now, because those three sentences up there took forever), the Caprica finale was totally amazing! I had just managed to make my peace with it being canceled, though, and then they threw in that five minute look-to-the-future thing. Now I just want the rest of it, agh.

Zeit in Deutschland ist sicher die beste Methode Deutsch zu lernen! And I totally understand - I'm trying to acquire a bunch of languages right now, and it's a lot of fumbling and not having time and getting syntax mixed up. XD

I know! It was a great ending, but it makes the cancellation even more frustrating.

I like femslash, languages, travel, food, and Tolkien, and...I'm going to start watching The Good Wife! Really, any day now! (I've been meaning to forever and maybe friending The Good Wife fans will help me.)
